This beautiful registered 2005 APHA filly is for sale at our Grandview Ranch in Crawford, Colorado. "Blondie" is her nickname. As you can see, she's got a whole lot of looks. Blondie is just a beauty!

This is a great-looking horse that will do well in halter, reining, or even speed events. She has already had 30 days of training in the spring of 2008. Doris Hubbell, our head trainer, has put extensive ground work into her using Clinton Anderson's proven ground training techniques. She's working on de-spooking, standing tied, teaching the horse to come in when we go out to catch her in the pasture, and standing quiet while we saddle her.

Our colt breaker, Randy Melton, saddled Blondie and rode her this spring, and since then we've been putting the first few rides on her. Blondie has a big motor and can accelerate quickly. She likes to move out, and she's going to be a fast walker on the trail. She's inquisitive and curious and we're really curious to see what she'll do on cattle.

Blondie is going through a growth spurt and already is taller than 15 hands. Right now she's almost 15.1 hh, and looks like she might even make 15.2. We're putting a lot of time into Blondie to make her into the horse of your dreams, but right now she's still a project.
